I just knew it, though. I knew he was southern, or from an Old Serbia/Kosovo family. What is it exactly? Can I dare say it’s because he looks so Albanian? Nobody will get angry, right? I’ve established my Serbophile credentials, haven’t I?

Novak has typical Dinaric Serbian look. If you meet some Albanians that look like him is because some are mixed with Serbians. Also, many Serbians who were native in Albania ( Albania was Serbian land till 1912) were forbidden to speak Serbian language and had to change names into Albanian names.
