Perfect. Apparently, last summer, during I guess the mad tourist rush, some Venetian women chefs made up a poster to put on their restaurants’ doors: “NO! We have no gluten-free products, so please don’t ask.” Wonder why it was the women. Women care more about the spiritual integrity of their food? men the bottom-line?
But a concern for their food’s spiritual integrity can be said to hold for all Italians, no? At least still… to a great degree… please…
