Hey, just wondering — why such a distaste towards vegetarianism? It is a much more environmentally-sustainable diet, given that animal agriculture requires enormous quantities of energy and is a big driver of global warming. I’m not personally vegetarian (I’d consider the end of meat production a cultural disaster) but I don’t really understand where your objections come from. I find your views usually well-articulated so just wondered about your thoughts on this!
