Anna Maria, “the Cretan, lawyer, woman of a certain age with fried peroxide hair” is certifiably insane — even by Cretan standards. That she has the right to practice law in Greece is troubling.
And she goes on and on in a monologue about how she’s from Crete and how they should all be scared of her. Cretan chauvinism gets tired really fast.
